請問如直資/私立收左, 係咪唔可以參加大抽獎呢? 係咪間間都會咁做呢?

我是說直資學校，不只是小學，亦包括中學，很多直資中學中一至中三都是 HK$0 收費的。

私校完全私立，沒有政府一毫子資助，等於一間私人公司。

直資學校按學生人數收政府資助，但資助額比津貼學校少，所以政府再準直資學校收學費，政府的資助額其實都吾少，所以有些直資學校是收 $0 學費的。

因為直資和津貼都有政府資助，所以兩者只可選其一，直資收了要放棄津校大抽獎，否則是雙重利益。

私校則不在此限。

Just a side question, what is the  main difference between private and DSS schools? Is private school gets no funding from school, whereas DSS do. If there is no difference, why there are still two types of schools. Thx
