Last year we lined up for near 2 hours outside, which the submission process is 2 minutes only. Don't bring kids!

What is SPC? St. Paul Convent? is it a primary school? Do you mean SPK?

last year SPC application date - line up for over 1 hour in the street. most of the people who lined up there are daddy. No good to bring the baby there.

don't know if this year they will be able to speed up the process.
