Be honest, those emba and MBA provided in HK by hku, cu or even UST (emba might be better)is not that practical.  For us with over 10 years management experiences, you will find the professor being 好流。so, in short, if you just target an extra degree, it's fine ( but don't think you could earn a lot more with it). If you want to polish your management skills, read the books at the bookstore (管理暢銷書好過）

交流TRIP一年都有2﹣3個， 但唔係一定要去， 除左final year。我自己每年去一個，見識下其他地方企業營運模式，大開眼界。
係呀，又讀書又返工又要湊小朋友， 我都唔記得自己點捱得過，捱下捱下就完左。

我就响女兒入小一前讀完MBA, 可以全力為她準備小一入學。 回想讀緊MBA的勁忙日子, 真係百般滋味在心頭。 好彩有個默默支持我的老公, 我先可以又返工、出差同照顧两個女考小學。 都唔記得有幾多個夜晚捱眼瞓、缺席所有朋友聚會、帶埋电腦功課去旅行....雖然辛苦, 但好女兒做了一個好榜様。 各位, 加油！

讀緊EMBA, 仲有2科, 得番半條人命.

同意上面所講, 唔好期望讀完會搵好多.  而家好多人都有MBA (好多大學畢業做左幾年野一夠年資就去讀MBA), 將來會係一個MUST.

就好似十幾年前U-GRAD一樣, 十幾年後既今日通街都有, 大學畢業不再值什麼錢, 再讀上去只為SECURE份工多過想上位.

如果你有諗到讀full time，我估金錢不是你的major concern。至於是否apply外國的MBA，就要視乎你本身諗住做的工/industry offer個pay係多少。如果你衡量過你在外國讀完MBA之後，可以「回本」，就不妨go ahead。因為我聽exchange student分享，佢地都認為在外國讀MBA的質素都好好，professor對教學都好有熱誠。

depends on the course amount, the sponsee need to stay for 1 to few years.

你公司可以sponsor 50%咁多ar~so good
我聽我d同學講，佢地好多都有sponsor，不過都係幾萬蚊plus加簽3年約
你公司sponsor有咩條件？

Yes, don't expect you can earn back all the money.  However, more and more people have MBA, it looks like a "must" requirement.

By the way, my company can sponsor 50%
