I guess the address is irrelevant. However, you certainly have the edge to "look into" them as it is right underneath Grand Panorama.
"door knocking" is mainly referred to the third stage of primary school application, to try to seek for a seat on your own. If apply on kindergarten level, it will probably be the case for those on waiting list and would ask the principal for an offer.

Yes, if the admission policy doesn't change, it will accept students up to Dec. 31, 2009 for the next academic year.
The medium of instructions is Cantonese for the kindergarten (supplement by English and PTH). The interviews are conducted in Cantonese, the children can reply in English...... but as heard from previous interviews, teachers will still ask them to try to reply in Cantonese.
Based on your questions, I think you better prepare better for the coming four months.
