點様令佢唔怕可用花灑洗頭?

My child is "A" 仔 and I don't know whether this is the reason why he is so afraid of washing his hair with shower.

He is more than 4 years old but we still need to hold his body and head when we wash his hair using the basin or bath tub filled with water. The problem is he is getting bigger and bigger and we have great difficulty in washing his hair in this way.

He is ok with shower to wash his body but not his hair. When we tried to use the shower to wash the back part of his head (& not directly from the top of the head)the other day, he was screaming loudly with tears and was trembling all over his body. It seemed that he was really scared about washing hair with shower.

Can anyone share your valuable experience as to how to overcome such a fear? Many thanks.

To:BKVIP, 係呀, 我地係抱住佢放大腿上洗，暫時仲係咁，不過已開始用少量地花灑洗，等佢慢慢適應。他說過好怕啲水會走入眼睛。

試下比教練教游泳,識左就不會驚水.不過要挑一個很有內性的教練.

我個仔都唔鐘意帶帽，仲唔鐘意用毛巾抺面，又唔鐘意濕溉嘢 (eg. 濕咗嘅手、洗濕咗的玩具，佢會發脾氣)。但用花灑洗頭佢ok仲好enjoy，我地由佢bb時已經係抱住佢瞓在大人腿上洗頭，當然水唔會入眼同耳啦，可能咁佢唔驚掛，佢又係勁鐘意游水同玩水的。

樓主係咪都係抱住佢放大腿上洗呢？

我曾看過一本書,教如何幫小孩(脫敏感). 即是他怕接觸那樣東西,就照讓他接觸. 不過以十秒為 １個單位. 首先 以１個單位適應, ok 就再加1個單位,如此類推. 使他習慣感覺及讓他知某時間就stop. 記得一齊數呀.   我兒都是這樣適應用shower洗頭.

我仔都有玩呢個！
但佢之前未識行, 我哋已經用花灑淋佢, 當然佢會叫到鬼殺咁嘈, 但每次只係淋少少，習慣咗佢又ok！

我仔3yrs喇,都係一直怕洗頭,而家識講野先知佢點解叫佢沖涼時,不停cry.
但佢勁like水! 最近夏天帶佢去泳池玩,水近眼就好驚...但太like玩水喇,佢自己又唔小心整到d水去頭/眼度....慢慢幾次後,佢而家沖涼無咁驚,不過都會要求比毛巾佢,然後企響度,叫佢x高頭洗.....一直未開始用洗頭水!要好快洗完.
可能仲要慢慢嚟....但已經叫進步好多!(洗頭帽佢唔肯用)

佢唔鐘意戴帽, 但平時攪佢個頭都無大問題。我諗佢最驚可能係怕D水照頭淋，其實都係估吓，因為佢無講過係唔係，總之一聽到用花灑洗頭已經喊哂口，真係想附諸行動前會驚到係咁打泠震而我被迫放棄, 費時反效果有陰影, 怕到時仲難攪。所以好無奈，正苦索思良，希望各位有經驗之士分享或賜教。 謝謝！
