Most parents would scare this school's standard and attitude toward their studends in terms of academics. They afraid their son cannot stand or tough to handle such kind of pressure. English advanced two levels, math advanced one level..etc If someone has told you that you got a chance to enter in coming year, would you take it or let it go? Assuming your kids are average in all ability, good only in english.

maybe they know someone on the board, so even you want to complain to education department, at least you have to proof it, so you cannot say that someone told me in BK....etc
So if the kid can go in at 15 points, the kid really save a lot of time in school selection in terms or private or public school. Principal must have a right to select a student in some particular area.
