1) TL Primary offer the places for both kindergartens.
2) Apply TL (TH) must your kid born before Nov. They won't accept the application for those super small B. TL (CR) is ok'd with the kid upto Dec.
3) TL (TH) has very nice campus, more activities/events/interest classes etc. offering for kids. It's are more fun. TL (CR) has small campus and less fun at all.

5) My girl interviewed TL (CR) last year (as she is small B) and got their PM offer but we gave up. However, I can tell, their interview is not easy... be prepared.
