I had friend borned in Dec had got both offers from KV, SC and KM.
Don't worry. The top and richest students all have gone to int. schools and the famous schools in the Island Side. This was told by many high tier citizens.

Don't worry so much. Overall N1 spaces are limited as not many KG have N1 classes. K1 is more important as most will prefer to take from K1 to K3 continuously. At that time, K1 have more choices since some famous KG have several hundred spaces.
Seems the same parents of the 1000 - 1500 are applying the same batch of good Kln Tong KG. The competitions are not as fierce as imagined.
Although I have also failed this time, I will not be disappointed as my girl has already tried her very best.
I just called KM. The admin said they don't have the number of waiting list handy, but she believes that is most out of all (accept, reject, waiting). Altogether there are 1400+ applicants for 150+ spaces
