Any primary school suitable for attention deficiency (ADD)?

My son is a lovely boy, but after studying in a Band 1 famous English school for one year, the teachers said he maybe suffered from ADD.  He was evaluated by doctor, private psychologist and gov't psychologist.   The first two said not ADHD (but the attention is weaker than the normal kid) the gov' one said suspected ADHD based on the report from that traditional band 1 school.  
He was changed to another local school.  But the question comes out again this year - when he joins the PE lesson to catch a volley ball, he is too happy and two boys crash together.  He forget the politeness.  For bad words on the mouth, he is not easily to get rid of it.    The teachers supsect he has that kind of matter.  

For ADD kid, any school is relatively suitable for them?  May I have the school name please?   

It is very unfortunately Hong Kong does not have any school for ADHD or ADD kid.  The solution is only to give them medicine.  If the kid having that kind of matter can group together to be taught with the trained teachers for that area and suitable teaching material, it would be much better for the kids to learn and the parents.
