of course not 老師搶琴行d學生 if the request is made the teacher. It is clear cut as the sources of the pupils are different. It is actually a contract terms and the industry code that a music company teacher cannot solicit their students away. That is the teacher cannot make the request to the pupils.
Actually no, or not many, teachers will work for a music company 7 days or 6 days a week.

when my kid goes to Primary 1 in coming Sept, it becomes full day school.
so I also plan to ask the teacher to come to my place (still thinking), so is it considered 搶琴行d學生?

originally I thought she teaches at 琴行 7 days a week. One time I wanna to change day, and then find out she only stations there 2 days per week. And it is she who tells me what she is doing for the other 5 days. To me, it is really hard to have clear cut between the 2 - I mean company teacher and private tutor.
It is fine for a piano teacher to work for the music company and for private tutor at the same time. These are two separate business for a piano teacher. Very clear cut.
Music company will not ask a teacher just for this music company only. But more importantly, such teacher cannot make use of the music company to "take away" the students of such music company, unless the parents strongly requests the teacher to go to their home la.

then for the other 5 days, 4 days are "go to her place" and for 1 day is "she goes to your place".
