I just know that tomorrow is the registration date for primary 1. But I have not received any letter from education dept. What can I do now?????

you can go to the school that collect form of your net and fill and hand the application at once.
If you want to search the school of your net, go to the http://www.edb.gov.hk/index.aspx?langno=2&nodeID=8354

I have call the edb and they ans me as above.

The ED will have a record for returned letters. Once you have a reason for being absent on the registration date, you should be granted the second or equal opportunity.
