It is understandably that parents pave a good road for children to study in a good school..Anyway, have any of us thought about their feeling? Like we may live too far from the school we applied for them and they need to wake up so early for the school bus, what will they feel if one particular day is too chilly and they have to take a long-journey bus to school? Or whether they can keep up with the requirements or the standard of other students? If not, we parents will find a tutor for them to catch up with the studies......and they will have no time for relax..... and will they be scared of learning then?
I have such feeling as i know a friend whose son is in a very good school in Kowloon P.1 this year, his child scores 80 on average, but the child still cannot catch up with the others students who get 90 or above. His child feels under great stress and scared to go to school.....Then, his parents are considering to change a new school for the child.. What a pity! |
