Which day did you went stella_bb? We went on Friday afternoon, it happened to be our daughter's kindergarten day off so we took her along also.
To be honest, we were a little disappointed by the whole open day. Didn't gather much actual useful information, but was able to visit the campus and see their facilities. It's not a DSS school, so it's not as resourceful. If you compare them with school like 培僑書院, you will be very disappointed cause small library, no swimming pool, etc etc. The whole open day feels like a secondary school expo, with so many game booth hosted in the ground level covered playground. We stayed till they are ready to close the gate, and got to chat with the principal a little bit. It was a good conversation though.
From our brief few hour visits and chatting with the students helping in the open day, they teaching method does not seem to be the same as other traditional style HK primary school. Quite stimulative, and encourage students creativity. A lot of pairing teaching, and their teachers made a lot of their own teaching materials as well.
