其實我由踏入11月已開始茶飯不思, 無時無刻都想著放榜的時刻,雖然預左唔得, 但都驚接受唔到. 我地呢d20分既case, 機會唔係無, 又唔係大, 又無野可以做, 得個驚字!祝大家好運!

該學校早上唔記得八點半定九點張貼結果，稍後才放上網，當日我早咗十多分鐘到，我先到隔離教堂祈禱先，真係臨急抱佛腳。

Really 100% same case as you. My youngest one also need to apply Kindergarten. Although I got 2 offers but finally I haven't pay the deposit as those are not my targeted kindergarten.

Yes ..... I agreed with you. This year, a lot of ppl applied kindergarten (some hit kindergarten got 6,000 - 8,000 application forms) and more than Primary School (average is 2,xxx). So I can't image how competitive when the youngest one need to join this "lucky draw" game. It should be horrible and more exciting than this year.

So that,  I wonder to get the good offer for my elder one otherwise younger one will quite difficult to get a good offer.

BTW, my elder one didn't have any Primary School offer that's why I am so nervous and have a BIG BIG ...... hope I can "BINGO" in this round.

直資和私立的最後機會是TSL和SFA ！
也許真的要等到最後大抽獎！

多謝你既豉勵...但舊年那批是比較特別的 2004 bb (03 年懷), 我都有很多朋友仔女舊年不論考直私 及抽獎都好理想, 有些還是頭輪 以 15 分bingo.....今年的戰況較嚴峻......

同自己講要平常心,預咗唔得, (20分, 小位,熱門學校). 現時仍未有offer, 但如果我表現得驚慌失措,個女咪仲驚.....

為我們的囝囡有理想的學校祈禱吧!祝大家都有好消息

心儀dss 全軍覆沒.
等大抽獎, 等運到.
只有幼稚園直升私小[普通]個位做backup.

儘量唔去諗咁多, 可以做的都做晒了, 柳暗花明又一村, 自行同抽獎都係講運, 諗得多都自找煩惱, 無用, 影響小朋友心情.

回想舊我和兩位朋友等放榜，三人也是20分博三間唔同嘅熱門學校，放榜前大家互相鼓勵，一齊祈禱，但願起碼有一人中籤就好。放榜當日，我一早起身，準備去學校門口睇放榜，在家中收到其中一位朋友來電，喊晒咁話佢個仔得咗，我也即時為她喜極而泣，因為她仔當時未有offer。出發往學校途中，我胡思亂想，我哋已經有人中籤，自己又豈會如此幸運，雙腳開始發軟，中籤朋友不住同我通電話鼓勵我，並趕往我揀嘅學校會合我，當校工將結果張貼在校門外，一班家長擁上，我見唔到女兒名字，不住搖頭，直至站在我前面的家長行開，原來他的頭遮住我女兒名字，我立即高呼，雙眼通紅，感謝主！呢刻我收到另外朋友女兒也中籤，真是皆大歡喜，我們的朋友也難以致信我們的經歷！
舊年四萬多人申請自行分配學位，有一半人中籤，我但願你們也能得嘗所願！

Prettygirls, our case is the same as yours with 2 daughters and the elder one now has 20 points... also selected a popular school, success rate maybe less than 15%.  Applied 3 DSS and all certified.  The only "security" she has is the international school that she started to study at since this Aug (K3 equivalent, beforehand she was in a local kindergarten).  Otherwise, I would definitely be very scared with even no offer is on hand...

Staying in the int'l school doesn't help our younger daughter whose Eng is much poorer & the school does not have much siblings preference.  Also, I still prefer good local schools more.

Good luck to all of us...  Again come to BK just for 呻下 & sharing.  My younger daughter is now applying for K1.  Competition is even more serious, or I should say CRAZY! The no. of children born in 2008 almost doubled that of 2005.  A lot of famous KG received 6,000-8,000 applications, more than double comparing to DSS Primary like TSL, DGJS this year... It is so painful to go through K1 & P1 interviews together, esp that both of my girls are shy & you can imagine how well they perform in interviews!!!
