上網download表格要輸入小朋友姓名和出生日期，但親身到校取form就唔駛。我今朝都係因為paint唔到份form,所以去左學校取.
我有多兩份HKPS既表格，有興趣的請留pm. ...

各位mama好:因為本人6th要in st catherine 關係攪到我唔記得左downloan hkpreschool 既form..因為本人極希望可以入讀hk preschool (駿景園) 本人剛剛為了可以入讀搬左去(不過仲裝緊) 但因為本人大意掛住in st catherine 忘記左..現希望各mama如果有駿景園既form.可否share一份給我..無盡咁激~
