I got the form in person. Luckily no need to wait for long. And the time slot is 3pm with the form no. as 3xx. The lady said interview will only be one day on 4th of Dec. Total form may be just 1000. So be quick la if other parents still have not got the interview time.
Keep on trying. I got through the line after 20 mins' re-dial (9:30am). A lady picked up the phone and orally informed me the interview time (it's a morning time slot). Good luck
u may consider collecting the form in person. I just went there and my appointment time is already 3:45 p.m., so if u are interested in this school, u should be quick
