According to the Immigration Dept, non-HK resident can only study in HK as long as they have got the student visa or with no limitation to stay in HK.
Therefore, PRC resident with no HKID / birth cert should not be able to study here in HK kinders.
But for those private kinders, you may still try as some of them will still consider the application. |
