All they want is to make sure you know their school philosophy and you agree with them - that is the parents have to coordinate with the schools. e.g. some schools like a lot of parent involvement in school activities - are you prepared? Some school are famous in good acedemic background e.g. K1 teach K2 books - then the parent must cooperate cause it is difficult for the child then the parent must help - are you willing or prepared to do so?
Some schools are very free and does not stress on high acedemic performance and the cirriculum tends to be easy - do you know and agree with them?
Something like that - then parents must do some research before attending interview.
