anyone knows what ranking can get interview chance in QC?

For AM or PM school, what ranking (全級) that you can get interview chance in QC 自行收生? I was told at least top 5 only, is that true?

Any mom can share the experience?

聯繫位係灣仔區所有小學有linking 既一齊黎抽架, 吾係淨係軒下先可以抽果d 聯繫位

即係, 假設qc 有26個聯繫位(吾記得有幾多個聯繫位), 呢26個聯繫位就要同軒上下抽

而抽完呢26個位, 甘未再抽同區位law, qc 係灣仔區, 同埋有d 係自行收

所以我成日話, 男仔係軒上下 好過女仔, 起碼qc係同區, 多d 位抽, 而bps 吾同區, 比灣仔區得3個位(無記錯既話)

I see!!  I guess that whether Band 2 candidates could enter QC thro' 聯繫位 would depend on (i) the no. of Band 1 candidates who wish to join the QC 聯繫位 lucky draw; and (ii) the no. of such Band 1 candidates already admitted by QC in the 自行 stage??

If the no. of Band 1 candidates joining the 聯繫位 lucky draw exceeds the no. of 聯繫位, then obviously some candidates may be in vain.  Can they still join the territory-wide and region-wide lucky draws??

Kindly excuse my silly questions!!

Wish all our BK kids can enter their preferred schools!!

甘比人收左既, 就緊係吾會再抽啦
但除非係比直資/私校收左, 否則自行收生時, 學校收左既, 都係要同統一派位同一日先供報

果段日子簡直係折磨

So I tend to think this "lucky draw" would be part of the Central Allocation (Stage 2), and all male pupils could join it for a chance to enter QC?  Would all participating pupils have equal chance to be drawn?  Or, academic results play any role in the process?

Apology for so many questions!!  I'm just so interested in this school!!

True.  HRGPS boys do have quite good chance to get into QC.  That's why there are 2/3 boys and only 1/3 girls (in PM school).

係, 世事無絕對, 但相比起女生, qc 真係易入過bps (講緊軒小聯繫位), 起碼聯繫位派晒, 都還有同區位可以抽下, bps 係得幾個同區位

Yes, by luck.  It all depends if your random number is in front or not.  It is not "for sure" that you can get in even you are in top 20.

Is there any case that even you are ranked top 20 and still ...
