If you are not ready to submit the portfolio on 4 Sep, then you can submit it on interview day. On interview day, one parent need to fill in some questionaire while the girl is under interview.

You can submit the reference letter from principal and also Portfolio. There is no limit of pages for the Portfolio, but I suggest don't be too thick and just cover ...
