為了減少日日強迫個仔做功課, 發生argue, 所以我也較大可能會選擇一條龍的學校了

我會選英華, 因佢係一條龍中學, 第日不用再煩o 又是好學校, 校長又好人o  小朋友會較開心o

Dr. Ching, I think you were talking Ying Wa instead of Wa Ying. I believe that my son can be the top 30%, but I worry about we argue with him daily about the higher pressure of homework if in SFA!

Hi Liktin,
I also think about the academy dropping in Wah Yan. But in SFA for boys, the school net also goes to Wah Yan and CSW Catholic Secondary only, unless the applicants have other net to apply QC, St Joseph. There is no difference in secondary allocation between these 2 schools. Of course, I agree SFA has quality academic level but both parents and kids have to accept the pressure if they need to catch 30% top of students.

Just my own opinion, I will choose SFA instead of Old Yau Tin if $$$ is not the big problem.
I did comparasion before, Yau Tin mainly to 華仁書院(九龍), but 華仁 dropped these years in academic.

Hi Liktin,
Same as you, we paid $2500 to SFA but auto pay form has not been submitted yet. My son “knocked” and succeed into old Yau Tin.

Hi Liktin,
Good to hear your confirmation to Ying Wa which is one of the quality “one dragon” schools in Hong Kong. Compared with MTC, Ya Wah is more safer to secondary. For my boy, I am not sure if I made the wrong choice to withdraw Ying Wa last Nov, purpose for expecting the better subsidy through lucky draw…Hopefully, a “knocked” school accepted my boy finally. SFA seat has released.

Hi Seanandangus,
馬頭涌(紅磡)是90%放棄的了。
剛收到電話, 英華小學也ok了, 明天就要去註冊，也先交$1500學費吧。
之前聖方濟各英文小學也交了$2,500學費及填了自動轉賬，慘！

我就咁睇 單單面試難度，英華比sfa艱辛很多，意思並不是單指學術，更要考小朋友常識更要考驗父母。

Yin Wah one-dragon is definetly less pressure.
