Does it require to move?

Hi,

I am living in Apleichau and with a son ( 15 marks). I am planning  for some famous DSS and private in Central, Wanchai and Kowloon. Does it require to move to other district like Wanchai and Central for better chance of lucky draw?

If planning for DSS and private, what will be the preparation required such as interest class , prizes got that shown in the portfolio? As I don't have any connection, relations with these schools. And if my son is Big boy, does it help?
