Pls help urgently

My cousin is now studing in Shengzhen kindergarten and will go to HK for primary school next year. He has a HKID card and he was failed in the discretion phase.

For the coming小一入學統一派位,
1) what things can help him to get to a good school or just based on luck?
2) any good school in Tsuen Wan?

如果是這樣的話，考慮馬灣基慧啦！
我有同事的仔女正在就讀，課程適中不會太深，而且聽同事講啲學生質素不錯和校風也好，以往其他中學都喜愛收基慧出來的畢業生，原因就是學生乖和一般都唔難攪，所以不防考慮馬灣基慧。
而荃灣全部都是官津校，沒有直資和私校選擇，所以只有統一派位了，其他較好的小學都有，例如：
伍季明，海霸街官小和麗城花園也有一間好好的《忘記了學校名》，不過這些程度都會較深。
如果想選擇新校舍的話，可以考慮寶血會思源啦！剛剛建成。
