Can Kid admitted to True Light can join "Lucky Draw" ?

I read from the government website that we can join the "lucky draw" even we have offer form private primary school, is that true for every school ??

I just received an offer from TL Kindergarten. I would like to have more information on Primary School before admission to the KG

作為香港人, 當然有權大抽獎啦
不過私校知道學生大抽獎, 點去處理就係另一件事, 私校係可以唔介意, 亦可以有權取消學生已註冊既私校學位
真光係唔介意果種, 請隨便抽

要看學校offer給你時有沒有要求像DSS簽放棄抽派通知書,而如果有,而你簽下了,而私校知道你卻背地裡繼續抽獎,有權withdraw學位, 因you are breach the committment with school
但據我所知True Light沒有要求
如果是的話,那你仍可保留學位下繼續抽獎
