Very sorry, I can't find the school notice.... What I can tell is the amount that I'm paying now. $5999 x 10 for wholeday UN (=K1)

Another piece of info that I'm sure is LN and new UN students are paying 11 mths as they start school in August.

I didn't join those act. as I want more exposure for my son so he can have more chances to interact with others (not just schoolmates). Also he's doing whole day already, if he joins those act after school, then he'll be at school from 8.30 - 5 ... too long . hahaha

I'm not sure about Kln Tong...I think they'll also have. You better check with the school.

For LC branch, tThey have after school / Sat activity class e.g. music, dance, gym etc. but this is voluntary and of course you have to pay for it.

What choices do u have at the moment ar?

Did u have a look at the P.1 allocation results last yr at the hp of THINK?.. Seems quite a no. of them went to international school ..so i guess it's ok ..

However, seems that nowadays international school is also quite competitive. My colleagues' son (K2)who's studying at another KG, got no interview chance at all from those international schools so now she has to change her plan ... Do u have some international pri schools in mind?

if your kid is a big kid .. why didn't u try to ask for a seat in the 2nd term, though she doesn't have international section for LN (corr me if I'm wrong) but u can have a try and see if the school is the type that you like or not. I know she mainly accepts Dec kids in the 2nd term but u can still ask if Jan kids are ok too.... I think chances are higher if you got accepted to her LN / K1 next yr...

my boy was born in late Dec .... so I'll let him repeat K1 if he goes to SC . However ... some friends ask me not to let him repeat .. this is another issue that I'm considering also .

btw .. are u enrolling LN or UN in THINK? Will you do LN in THINK in the 2nd term this year?

I know it is hard to choose as SC is really a very famous school. I guess the teaching method between SC and Think is almost the same, right ...

My kid isn't particularly smart la .... may be cos he's a big kid, he could answer all the questions in the interview.

Honestly... I think SC chooses students according to the kids' interview performance more than other things.

But I do think THINK is a good school. As I said before, my son does learn a lot from school through all those activities and he enjoys going to schook a lot. I like the caring teachers there too. That;s the reason why I'm struggling if I should let my son change to SC. I think there would be more individual care in THINK than SC.
