To me ... no harm doesn't mean worth spending time and $$. There are many fun and effective way of learning English rather than learning through exam preparation (esp for KG kids).

My friends / relatives (who are pri sch teachers and interviewers or who have kids applying P1) all told me that these kinds of cert. are of no use in winning a place in P1. May be it might help interview performance?! I don't know. However, I do believe learning from experience / activities is more suitable for small kids.

Sorry if I've offended anyone here, I just want to express my views.
