陳守仁十大疑問:請解答？

urgent 中學派位那麼好;又並非集中在油尖旺區Why?


看見陳守仁每年中學派位那麼好;但學校又並非集中在油尖旺區Why?
我有幾個疑問:
1)陳守仁會否像名校一樣.非常摧谷學生來使他們能進入大部份全港超名校？不谷為何學生可以自行派位和扣到那些超凡學校Ｏ

2)學生在校間競爭大嗎？

3)如我本身不是英文母語，小朋友就讀此校我幫不到太大忙的話，小朋友會吃力應付高年級的課程嗎？
4)第三種語言要考試計分嗎？
5)會否像私校每科教高半年/一二年？
6)中學放榜是否有很多學生要四處扣門，因絕大部份學生不回油尖旺區(不甘或派不到)
7)考試內容是否跟課程或超留難/深/課外？
8)那麼多外藉人士，中國學生在英文成積上會比下去嗎？
9)Chinese stream and French stream 的成積名次是否一起排列？
10)最top的學生是否大部份是non chinese包辦？

My son is now at TSL for few years, my experience is :
1)陳守仁會否像名校一樣.非常摧谷學生來使他們能進入大部份全港超名校？
so far I don't see this trend.. but they take much emphasis to build up the students' self-learning ability and language ability. I am impressed on the language environment. My son's English foundation is good and he is really interested in learning French, with his own initiation. He likes music and thus the school provide environemnt for him to enter into school team. all these I think will be good asset for him to find a good school in the future.


2)學生在校間競爭大嗎？

To what I have known or observed or chatting with other parents, I do not see that atmosphere. My son just focuses on his own learning, own interest. I will focuse on encouraging him to develop his strengths and get connected with the school's support, such as language and music ...
3)如我本身不是英文母語，小朋友就讀此校我幫不到太大忙的話，小朋友會吃力應付高年級的課程嗎？
It all depends on various factors. But I see the English Curriculum is very well established when I compared with other traditional schools and as according to the children's pace. It allow the children to learn according to their developmental needs and use encouraging learning strategies, such as encouraging comments on their logs and writting assignments. I love the English curriculum, my son learned with solid ground in this curriculum.
4)第三種語言要考試計分嗎？No, but it will provide an language environment and stimulate their interest. My son is learning French, very easy and basic words only, they will be able to cope with that. Children are lovely when speaking French.
5)會否像私校每科教高半年/一二年？I do not think so, on the pace.
6)中學放榜是否有很多學生要四處扣門，因絕大部份學生不回油尖旺區(不甘或派不到) DK yet
7)考試內容是否跟課程或超留難/深/課外？Within the curriculum, on the right pace
8)那麼多外藉人士，中國學生在英文成積上會比下去嗎？No, it's ok, they are not compared within the same curriculum.
9)Chinese stream and French stream 的成積名次是否一起排列？Why do you care about this? I never thought of this point...not able to answer you. this problem do not bother me and not affecting me so far.
10)最top的學生是否大部份是non chinese包辦？No, most of the top students are Chinese

Hi, DaddyCool,

我地班家長話過, 如果Flostangraphy咁唔好彩嘅話, 我地會一人一信幫佢架.  不過, 佢應該唔駛我地幫嘅, 亦都應該唔駛你同學校死過.  希望上過嚟bk嘅家長同佢地啲小朋友都可以入到TSL.  Good luck to all of you.

我一直都不主張小朋友補習的, 學校應自發去做。所以我兩個小朋友都冇搵補習。而且我小朋友尚小, 未有此需要。

那你可以放心....我覺得陳守仁選擇英文底比較好既小朋友, 但入到去中文卻絕不輕鬆。我同朋友間討論過小兒剛過去的測驗, 大家都說一點也不容易。我想老師平時上堂所教的, 絕對不比外面輕鬆。(中文test都分兩份卷, 每份成5版, 又有閱讀理解, 又有好多作句呢)

好多謝這個家長的意見,因大女是在一間比較傳統和注重成績的學校,細女比較活潑又喜歡英語,因此如她讀了中文小學,我怕會浪費她的潛質,但又怕中文會退步?如何是好呢？

其實兩個一齊讀有兩個一齊讀既好呢...起碼請假都唔洗請咁多日。而且樓主你比得大女讀, 一定經過深思熟慮, 附合你既要求先得。
我仔仔都係剛入陳守仁不久, 所以都答唔到你。但我可以話比你知, 仔仔讀得好開心, 亦暫時唔見有咩壓力。佢上次測驗日文得2分(10分滿分), 老師叫佢加油繼續努力。但呢科好似又唔計考試....而且我都冇理佢呀!
另我覺得小朋友學習應該自己解決, 唔識既應該自己去問老師而唔係問家長, 呢個都係我教我仔女既方法。仔仔上到小學就ok, 細女仲未得, 我仍需努力。=.=

希望你小朋友順利入到陳守仁, 不過到時你就要煩惱一下啦! =p
