請問甚麼是 "所需文件"，申請費又是多少？收CASH嗎？

請問你問的所需資料是不是指-

一.遞交報名表時，必須一併附上：
   Completed Application form should be submitted to : HKUGA Primary School, 9 Yee Shing Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kong by mail or in person.
The following must be submitted together with the application:

二. 繳付HK$100.00 報名費之支票（抬頭請書「港大同學會小學」），支票背面須寫上申請人姓名。（報名費恕不退回。）
An application fee of HK$100.00 by crossed cheque (payable to “HKUGA Primary School”), with applicant’s name on the back. (The application fee is non-refundable)

三幼稚園的成績表副本
Copies of academic reports in kindergarten

四.申請人之香港出生證明書/香港身份證/護照副本
Copy of HK Birth Certificate/HKID Card/Passport

五.已貼上$1.4 郵票之回郵信封4 個
4 self-addressed and stamped envelopes (with HK$1.4 stamp each)

六.其他附加資料(尺寸不超出A4)。
Any other relevant supporting documents (not bigger than A4 size).

O, I copied a wrong link.  I have read the details but still not found.  Anyway,  I have called HKUGA.

The one you've attached is for P2 to P5.
I think you can have all the answer inside the application form.
