Anyone has any idea about Tutor Time Tai Tam vs PIPs Parkview? My boy has been going to TT playground 3 times a week since he was 12-month old. He is now turning 20-month and soon to the 2-year old PN class. Can continue at TT but just moved and will to go to Tai Tam which is quite far for us. PIPs Parkview is a bit closer so is considering whether to change now to PIPs in order to get in the PN class. But PIPs is now an IB kinder, not sure if it's good for such small kids though.
