K2全日班取消午睡時間

我一直努力維持囝囝有午睡習慣(對腦仔及體格發展好d, 放學後有精神參加興趣班, 等), 雖然他遲早也不需要午睡, 但我想堅持到最後. 但最近知道09/10年學校取消午睡時間, 十分煩惱. 如果我住得近, 我會讓他吃完飯回家小睡, miss pm 做exercise 那 part; 又或轉半日班... 唉, 如果讀半日班不如讀屋企附近那間學之園 (我們是為了讀學之園的全日班才老遠來的)... 唉.. 怎辦呢? 我諗遲d要同校長King King.

K2全日班家長, 你們的子女還有午睡嗎?

It is hard to say.  I think the priority will be given to existing LV students.  You might send the letter to the school at the beginning of K1. The full day class is always full.

下午每日都有唔同既活動～好充實呀～
除左體藝，又有中英文故事及show and tell，
又有日語，烹飪，科學，跳舞．．．等等～

對～全日班係K2A同K2B一齊上課呀～

For K2 full day class this year, the school arranges different activities at the PM session.  I think it should be different to those in AM session.

For example, cookery, Japanese, Science, PTH Pinyin, arts and crafts, Eng/ Chinese story telling.

I am not sure.  The school said it was only for K2 parents.

我都係k2全日斑, 不過無需太擔心啦, 小朋友應該可以調節倒嘅.

我仔日日都瞓晏覺架, 不過我見佢, 如果無得瞓又無咩嘢喎 (有時Sat / Sun 同佢去玩, 佢都唔瞓, 不過會累d)  

我諗住初初都係一放學, 返屋企就會要佢即瞓, 瞓到6點都ok卦.  不過算好彩我係住樓上.

另外, 你有無近排比佢試吓唔瞓?  等佢習慣吓嘛.

<Correction to the below message: Just understood from school teacher that the Japanese classes in the afternoon for full day classes in K2 targets local students as per local parents' requests while the Japanese class scheduled within the half day classes are for Japanese kids. For local kids' Japanese class, it will be conducted bilingually and starts with hiragana.>

fyi. Almost all students attending the Japanese class are Japanese kids.

In my understanding, it's not targeting local kids so may not be much use unless there are some other Japanese exposure arranged for the kid.

聽人講係好多人揀,
因為想適應定, 第時小學返全日無咁辛苦~

而我轉係因為我屋企仲有個未到一歲既妹妹...
好多時下午都要分身照顧兩個...
阿仔轉左全日...咁佢下午響學校可以有唔同既興趣班...
而屋企...我媽咪及工人又可以專心照顧阿妹~
對兩兄妹都會好D~
