Don't know what bad experience you had with this school to encourage others to write bad things about them. My intention was to try and help, please be considered and stop stirring up trouble for others!!
I think Ms. Choi is the director of all four school, as I understand, she goes to each school regularly, I remember last time I wanted to see her on some issues, I made an appointment with the supervisor so she arrange for me to see her, check with the receptionist what day she goes to your child's school.
You know I'm still struggling if I should give up THINK and change to another local through-train KG next year as I think THINK is doing a good job in nurturing my kid and my son loves going to school a lot.
My son knows far more English and PTH vocabs now(i never teach him Eng and PTH at home). I'm amazed by the creative activities the school had for the students e.g. they were learning "pet/animals" and then the school gave every student 2 gold fish to take care of and my son was super happy when he carried the 2 little fish back home the other day! The other thing that I like is the small class size there. My son's class only has 10 students. I guess other classes won't exceed 15. Correct me if I'm wrong). Also, my son was a late comer to the school and for the 1st month, his class teacher called almost every day to report his progress to me. Even after the 1st month, she still called once/ twice a month. May be I'm very lucky to have come across the good teachers there.....well to me this KG is very good, just that may be she's not as famous as those KGs like KV / st Cat / CCKG.

check this out, if u want to complain abt her, i think NO USE. cos she is the head of this school. u'd better write a letter to apple daily will be more useful.
actually, she is the one i need to complaint. the school reject to give me any information. and i couldn't find any through internet and education dept. what to do.
