Do you know any summer day camp . That is including subjects of Mandarin , English ,Maths, Science......classes and/or including outside visiting, interest classes e.g:swimmming, cooking, other foreign language included.
Tsim Sha Tsui YMCA has many different kinds of day camp. Usually each day camp lasts for one week with a theme and some day camps include visits or trips. My kids joined several camps last summer and he enjoyed so much.
