聖公會基恩與聖士提反女小，如何？

如果系女仔，住在11網內，是聖公會教徒，首名子女，小朋友性格好動活躍，兩間學校都有相同之處（都以收20分聖公會會員學生為主，同一樣網），請問
各自特點，不同之處？
如何選擇，基恩無直屬學校，勁爭會比聖士提反小嗎？

I learnt from my girl's classmates that quite a no. of kids with 20 points are on the waitlist.  Most of those 20-point kids on waitlist are Christian.  I think the main reason for the long waitlist for 20 points is that KY is a "hot" subsidized school for co-education.  Girls can put SSGPS or SH as first choice but for boys, either St Peter's or KY. As the chance for St Peter's is quite slim, many parents would put KY as the first choice, resulted in the more than expected failure in getting a seat this year.

As for the parents of SSGPS, yes, many of them are very well-off.  Yet, there are also middle-class family.  No need to worry.  I think many "famous" schools would have the same "problem".

因小一多是由幼稚園升上, 所以她們已有聖士提反的模式, 沒有什麼特別貴族化. 今年小一已將幼稚園生分班, 希望其他小朋友可更加容易相處及適應. 如想女兒升讀小一, 便要入幼稚園為她準備, 因小一派位後的扣門只是接受幼稚園學生

恭喜你！你女女真系好幸運，入到SSGP，乜今年好多人報基恩呀？反而20分入唔到基恩而入到SSGP，真系好小有哦！咁你知唔知SSGP啲學生會唔會好貴族化，以前曾經聽講有呢啲現象，但我自己就唔系太相信，只系覺得入邊有權勢嘅學生家長可能不少，所以造成呢個假象？

My daughter is going to study in SSGPS in Sep 2009.  Nice to know you here and wish we could keep in contact in the SSGPS forum.  My girl is active and with less concentration.  I am a bit worry that she couldn't catch up with the standard and couldn't get into the secondary school finally.  Anyway, she is still too young and it is difficult to judge it now.

我唔知聖保羅男女小學個模式及以前D功課有幾深，不過我覺得不比聖心私小淺(英文科除外，但也不算淺)，因為我同2個囡溫習的。功課量就不多，壓力不大，所以亞囡返學好似返幼稚園咁開心。

其實校方調節課程也是無可厚非的，畢竟要準備接龍嘛！

由2009年開始,小一由三班加至四班,但每班人數由30人減至25人,所以實際只係收多10個學生!

This year, even with 20 points still could not get a seat from Kei Yan, only on wait list.  However, 20 points can get a seat from St Stephen's Girls' Primary School.  I even learnt that a girl with 15 points have received call from the school on 27.11.2008 (after the registration).

其實2間學校級數完全不同, 如果有私校backup, 一定選聖士提反女小.  女小英文好, 有好中學backup, 中學今年有10A, (一般只讀８科），　8Ａ,7A, 6A 也大有人在！音樂，運動也十分出色，只可惜我個是囝囝！

ssgc新校舍預計09年4月完成, 當然工程既事, 有時可能會有少少延誤都未定, 但相信09年9月係在新校舍入面上堂.

聖士提反女小 is one of good SKH school... my daughter has 20 marks also... i am thinking if apply this one or another school - Heep Yunn next year.

I heard that 20 marks has great chance this year... don't if the birth rate was lowest in 2003..

may i know that if a new campus at 聖士提反女小?

聖士提反出年加一班改為4班 ，不過改為小班後總人數都無乜點多到。

係呀。中西區有私校back up 咪照報聖士提反law。我2個女都係，家姐博唔到就讀聖心私小，細妹博到就讀聖士提反。

但要加上向天父祈禱,
