K1 - one Chinese head teacher and one native  English head teacher
K2 - One Chinese head teacher with two Chinese assitants(native English teacher is teaching English lesson)

My boy is also studying in LH nursery class now.  He's accepted by SC in PM EC class.  My worry about SC is that there are too many students and the teachers may not be able to take care of or know each child very well.  While in LH, seems every teacher and staff knows the kids very well.  Could you share more of your sister-in-law's experience with us?  Are the kids well taken care of (particularly those shy and quiet ones)?  Do the teachers welcome enquiries from parents about their kids from time to time?  Do they call the parents proactively to tell them about any special things happened to their kids at school (e.g. accidents, special behaviour)?  Thanks.
