可能有多些得獎的証書對申請入學有幫助，但當年小兒也沒有很多得獎的証書，只是有些參予証書，也能順利過關。我記得有家長沒有供Profile給學校也能取錄。所以不一定有很多見得人嘅証書才能取錄，不用太担心，

我細囡亦是09/10年小一新生,嚟緊9月便可以和哥哥(G1)一齊返學,她很期待呀

兩兄妹能夠在同一所學校渡過12年愉快的校園生活、一起成長,一直是我的期望. 面試時我亦有坦誠與interviewer分享我的想法呢.

In fact, I work in the same district and can definitely bring the girl to school.  Not only because my girl prefer to take school bus, also I can't take her back home that I need to ask my parents to help, that I think may be too much.   

By the way, if we take the kid to school, when we should reach the school?

It is actually great that we can bring the kid to school and also attending the morning briefing with them.. I saw other schools don't allow parents to stay and they will stay outside the school to see them going up the stairs or having the morning briefing..

已經慣左每朝同囡囡返學, 而家有校車都唔會考慮, 可以陪到囡囡每朝同同學玩一陣, 再聽埋早會, 最後送囡囡去到樓梯口睇住佢上樓, 其實對我個人心靈係好大既喜悅, 我知道囡囡同邊d同學玩, 識得佢d朋友仔, 陪到佢最後一刻, 陳校長笑我同幾個家長"好痴纏" 但由g1陪到g2, 已經同小朋友打成一片, 到我自己唔捨得唔見佢地. 我知未必個個家長遷就到時間, 可以陪到佢地早會完左再返工, 但可以的話其實真係好好既親子時間.

Per last Sat's orientation, sounds like there won't be school bus for Shatin area.  Should anyone got any school bus service contact info re Shatin <--> MK, pls let me know. Thanks a lot!

My girls Yiu Yiu & Yat Yat are in blue group.  They also enjoyed the activity very much and have made some new friends.

Hi all,

We also joined the orientation programme on 28/2.  Our son was in the yellow group.  He hasn’t told us much about what he did but has given us an activity sheet that he completed.  His only comments are that he enjoys and the teacher’s English is very good - interesting.

We also found Dr Chan’s sharing interesting and insightful.  Basically what we got was that he tried to appeal to parents to pay more attentions to the physical and spiritual development of our kids through sports and arts and this could enable them to build a good foundation for learning.  We couldn’t agree with him more.  Dr Chan said he would try to have more sharing in his blog.

The PTA also used the opportunity to gather information on our places of living and intentions to use the school bus service to facilitate their analysis on this.  I am not sure if they would do so again in the next session.  So for those who have not attended but have interest in using the school bus, maybe you have to check if there is still any way for your information to be provided to them.

Looking forward to sharing with you more in the next session.

Dear all,
My daugher is in red group.  She told me that she felt a little bit scare in the begining.  But OK after 2 classmates talked with her for a while.  Then she enjoy very much for this activities.  She could answer the question and get a sticker on her hand.  Then her conclusion on that day was "Very, very, very, very, very, very happy".  Actually I would like to know why GT can always make kids learning with Fun.

I also agree and enjoy with Dr. Chan's point.  Sports and Art are very important for the kid's development.

My twins girl are in red group, the are really happy and enjoy the activities that day.  The school environment is very lovely and clean, it is a right place for the kids of 初小.  We like Dr. Chan's talk too, the talk was very interesting and useful to us.  We are looking forward the next one.

My son was in group green.  It seems girls is more than boys in 09/10.  I am expecting the next on 28 Mar.
