有冇人知2009小一隨机号碼怎樣知道自己号码排得先定後呢 ?

是謠言或是真實?如果屬實好大件事,不過我覺得小一機制極不透明,黑箱作業,我反而擔心過程中有錯,什麼也有可能,選舉點票都有監票,點解抽籤當日唔可以有公眾人士監察?

應該唔可以運用權力去幫自己人,將no排前d,可以去icac告佢.

It is random assigned. However, I know that the number can be changed by the staff of Education Department. As I know a friend who work in Education department before and can help others relatives to enter the top school with changing the random number. How come HK has a fair education system, it is really shy.
