In the 1st round, it doesn't matter where you live at all.
If you fail in the 1st round, then your address will become important in the 2nd round, which is a lucky draw & it doesn't take into account how many points you have.
For the 1st round, there is arguably less competition for St Paul's when compared to Sacred Heart.
So if you have 20 points, there is more chance of getting into St Paul's than Sacred Heart, no matter where you live.
