May I know more about this school. I browsed the website, it is very impressive.
May I know:
1. Are the teachers caring?
2. Are the kids behaved?
3. How many class for each grade?
4. How did the P6 kids go after graduation (if they didn't stay at HLYIS)?
5. Is the school campus small?
6. Do the parents have a close relationship with the teachers, the school? (Are they helpful?)
School fee is HK$83200 payable inthree instalment at start of each term time. The capital levy is HK$12000 and is paid annually every year and is not refundable, levy is used for the upkeep of school building.

thks, but levy is refundable? and p.a means for 10 or 11 mths? thks
My son had an interview last year at HLYIS and RCHK and when we asked which school he preferred he replied HLYIS.
May I know:
1. Are the teachers caring?
At the interview in HLYIS, we found that the teacher carrying out the interview was very caring and my son started talking after two mintues whereas at RCHK the interview was carried out in a big room with a small table and my son didn't say a word throughout the interview.
2. Are the kids behaved?
All kids seem very well behaved when we were at the school.
3. How many class for each grade?
There were 2 class in each grade
4. How did the P6 kids go after graduation (if they didn't stay at HLYIS)?
Currently their year 7-9 are in the same campus as year 1-6 but they will be opening a new secondary school campus in Sha Tau Kok.
5. Is the school campus small?
The campus is very big with lots of open space.
6. Do the parents have a close relationship with the teachers, the school? (Are they helpful?)
At the interview the deputy principal was very helpful and personnaly showed us around the school.
In the end we chose RCHK, but if it wasn't for the higher school fee (as I need to consider my long term financial commitment of sending two kids to IS) I would definately have cosen HLYIS.
Luckily my son seem to be enjoying school at RCHK, and let hope I haven't made the wrong choice.
I sent a reply to you (I'm not so sure whether it will appear in your inbox or outbox... I found your reply in my outbox, right after my original message. Very weird!)
