Anyone have idea of what is going on with Mongkok KinderU?

I keep receiving SMS messages on my phone these 2 days saying that the Mongkok branch is suddenly suspended, and that it is a franchise so got nothing to do with the Causeway bay operations.

My girl used to attend KinderU but we stopped going there after August. So if it is really suspended now what happens to their regular students who have paid tuition?
