I got a G.1 place in 2009-2010. I am so happy, but I want to know more about the school,thanks to reply:
1. How is the musical performance inG.T. (中樂？西樂？合唱團？)
2. How is the language environment, is it rich or not? They can learn english and mandarin in lessons only! Which language use in 常識、music, P.E....(I know the english performance in G.T. is good, but I really want to know that students are mainly learn from school, parents or 補習社)
3. Any experience choose G.T.and give up the place in famous private school?

School Team - 你係指運動方面, 係咪?

Sports School Team 有 :
- 足球
- 羽毛球
- 乒乓球
- 巧固球

今年新加有欖球, 一直仲有武術隊、體操隊、田徑隊、跆拳道同埋體育武蹈。

我兩個仔讀緊優小, 補充一吓dabby所講有關 Music Performance 情況。

1) 優小既音樂風氣都幾好, 粗略估計有超過1/2學生最少學習一種樂器, 其中以鋼琴/小提琴最普遍, 每年參加校際音樂節比賽, 各级加埋超過一百人。
2) 學校既目標係响兩、三年後做到 "一人一樂器"
3) 有唔少學生响G4/G5已達鋼琴八級, 有D仲會响小學畢業前考倒ATCL/DipLRSM添
4) 有一個優小畢業生, 响年前囉倒第一屆青年音樂家絃樂组冠軍( 同屆鋼琴组冠軍係沈靖韜 )
5) 而家優小有一個學生, 七歲已經考倒八级鋼琴
6) 才華班既樂器培訓有 - 長笛, 小号, 手鈴, 古箏, 二胡, 中國笛等
7) 有三個節奏樂團, 其中一個舊年囉倒校際音樂節percussion亞軍
8) 今年成立左 GT Orchestra, 一直仲有美聲團(choir), 手鈴隊同埋recorder band咁

1. 優才應該無中樂團同西樂團，合唱團以前就好似有，依家仲有無就唔清楚？但才華班就有部份中西樂器學。

優才有校隊，但實際有D乜野校隊我就唔清楚？至於校外比賽成績，其實都有好多，例如：
- 圍棋冠軍
- 游泳冠軍
- 羽毛球冠軍
- 查查舞冠軍
- 奧數金獎
- 跆拳道冠軍
- 跳遠亞軍
- 美術一等獎
- 小提琴 Distinction
- 朗誦亞軍
- English Drama 亞軍
- Ice Skating 冠軍
- 武術金獎
- 楝篤笑季軍
...................... 等等

我知道有部份優才學生係來自沙田、大埔、元朗、天水團.....，而我自己以前亦係住大埔。至於值唔值得？就要睇你有幾鐘意優才？
