去英x見校長

今日帶小朋友去見校長, 有d唔好嘅feeling, 之前對呢間小學嘅印象都唔錯, 但係今日見到係家長等候室果兩位老師真係好唔掂, 無禮貌, 無愛心不特止, 仲响各家長面前互相指責, 單打, 差點兒對駡.  真是另我感到失望, 對學校大打折扣.

嘻嘻~ 我個仔20/9去見老師時都話我騙佢, 因為我見係GROUP INTERVIEW, 我咪同佢講話應該會小朋友一齊玩, 跟住老師會來到你身邊問你問題的. 我仔話, 都無野玩, 坐底一個一個問問題.

(My chinese input has something wrong, so pardon for my clumsy english!)

My son was interviewed by the Principal on last Sat (20/9). The staff (or volunteer) in the waiting room was very nice, she asked my boy to write the chinese name by himself. Unfortunately, my boy wrote it not very nice!! But the auntie comforted us and said that it's ok, it didn't count in the interview marking system, it's only for the Principal to name the boy !! The interview was on schedule.

My son said that the Principal :
- first asked them how many snoopies were in her room;
- and asked every kids to read 1 page of their book (his book only has 1 sentance on each page! some of the boys in his group read many sentances, he said!!);
- then ask them some "causal" questions, e.g. there's a toy "robot" on her desk which supposed to be dancing, but why it didn't move? one of the boys answered "should turn on the on/off button", then the Principal turned it on, but the toy had no response at all! My boy then answered "no battery yet" and the Principal said "yes, you're right!".

I think the Principal is very experienced in observing children. She may use many different situations and hints to read their minds!! But afterall, it's only talking about a few minutes to "assess" a kid!!   

By the way, the souvenir from the Principal to my boy's group is her own drawing - snoopy (of course is a photocoy).

But every boy is so smart, I don't see anybody cry, but my son is nervous..  I try my best to clam him down.  I feel sorry for pushing him so much

around 15 mins interview but it is a bit hurry as 1 more group to go before lunch.

In the interview with the teachers, he was also asked by other boys. It seems the boys are very eager to raise questions.   

Competition is keen but I think he has tried his best already......

昨天阿仔見了林校長. 我個仔未入之前已見d小朋友出來時個個笑容滿面. 我都相信林校長有一套方法, 才令小朋友咁開心的走出來.
