Hello,

Any parents from K2C? How are you kids at school?

My son told me that they wrote Chinese 一, 二 at classwork. They also walk around the school today...:) .

I feel a bit nervous about the workload of K2, seems that quite a lot of work to do.....

hi! mwkcheung,

they have same name wor!! " Hin Hin"!!!!

Pyrrhus didn't tell me much about school, I just ask him what did he do in class, he just said do homework, play toys and eat snack, didn't go to playground, sing song, dance nor riding bike......... :(

Don't worry, as mention by Ms Yan, don't put too much pressure on the kid, if you push them then they will afraid to go to school......

Let them enjoy their kindergarten la..........

Hi parents... my Daughter Lok Yiu from K1A... she said they played most of time in the first week wor...

how's your kids attending PM class? feel sleepy in class? everyday, lokyiu will sleep from 5-7 after return home... and dinner when we come back to home... PM schedule is not so ideal...

Yup, my son also feels very sleepy, and even worse is the school bus takes long time to come back home.  When he reaches home, it is 5:15pm, I really can't think how can he stand for the normal school hour in next week...

Hin Hin just tells me that he wrote Chinese words in these days (一, 二, 三 & 十 ).  Ms Yan said homework should be started from next week.

Will any parents send their kids to school?  I will send him to school sometimes, may be we can have a chat at school ah...

I guess "Show and Tell" was just started last week and may not go to fast.

你知唔知分左組未?
I asked my son, he said only have group 1, 2, 3 and didn’t want to talk anymore.
(It is a secret wor !!!! 激死!!)

我問佢同班有什麼同學, 佢就講K1 的同學名, K2的就唔識. 連坐距離位的同學名也唔知….. 呀囝話老師叫class no, 所以唔識喎L !!

你囝囝有冇講呀??

I think the teacher not soley call the class number, as I sometime heard my son say his classmate's nate.

My son chinese name is 吳睿軒. You know, his class no is 22, just in front of your son

. Yui Hin is very talkative, and can't seat well, I really worried about his performance at school.

Today, when Yui Hin comes back from school, he tells me that he gets a sticker because of singing/telling "Ants are busy". He feels very happy on this. Does you son say about this?

Ah, don't forget to do drawing in the Chinese Reader (though i don't know whether it is a must to do or not... )

my daughter is Hui Lok Yiu no. 13

she told me "show and tell" should be prepared after notice given wor... is it ture?

by the way, homework is increasing... how long your kids finish it? it take around 40 mins to finish chinese, english and math for lokyiu...

May I ask will your kid doing homework by themselves without supervision??? Pyrrhus is so lazy that I need to FORCE him to do........

a parent book telling us "kids should do homework with minimal surpervision."

the method is let kids do homework alone and we sit beside them i.e. reading book, cooking or do other thing...just keep some distance

they will feel more relax in doing homework... after they finish homework or half of homework... regular check and correction will be made at once...

Hi parents,

The parent day appointment for my son is on 25-Oct 10:00. How about yours?

My son also needs around 30 to 40mins to do the homework "properly" (cause the hand writing for those Chinese words is really horrible). He takes a lot of time to erase and re-write

Did your son ask for bringing leaves to school? I have asked him before, but he said "No"..... is that true?

But I beleive our sons should be in the same group (since their no is 22 & 23 respectively)...... did you let yr son to bring back the baby photo?

"奇妙的我"呀囝話要帶 (though they started the new books last week), so I still let him to bring back.

最後的一頁在2星期前交的, and bought back yesterday.

And do you know whether we need to finish and hand in the "Drawing" worksheet? (the one with A for Apple, Airplane etc). My boy said very seriously that "No need and keep it at home!!"......

Do you see the " chinese dictation" sheet (5 works) from school?

chinese and english dictation will start every week from now...

Did you buy the VCD from Longman??? I received it already and read with Pyrrhus, though Pyrrhus enjoy it but it seems that quite useless but expensive........

Yes, Hin Hin brough back the book on Monday.

I also bought the VCD, and the storys are simple and short...... Anyway, VCD4 is better than VCD3.... but really not worth for that money.

My son said that one of the classmates vomitted in the class, and made his chair dirty too.... and he was being asked to seat in Yellow group wor..

Now the Show and Tell is about Autumn, he said that some children brought back the tree leaves wor.

Oh! Sorry! That classmate is Pyrrhus ah! I pick him up immediately at school after Ms Yan called me.

I ask why he vomit, he said he eat lots of peanuts and candys, which is given by his grandma! :;pppp:

呀囝話yesterdeay has Mental wor.
I requeted him to give me some mental test, he then asked me “Which number go after 1?”. 呵, 原本是這樣的!

他也有說要bring秋天的物件回校 eg Kite, Photos, leaves etc… , 終於也說啦!

Last Monday, I put the dict back in Hin Hin school bag, then at night time, i found that Ms Yan marked "請簽名"on the sheet.

May be you have taken up the dict sheet, and no chance for Ms Yan to make the remark??
