want to send my 3.5 years old boy to learn phonics there, any comment ?

My son is studying in 畢架山花園 and he joins the class from June.  There is a program for 3.5-4 (STEP) which is a foundation course.  I saw some small kids(seems to be pn) having that course but I don't know the details.
Since my boy learns jolly phonics in school(K1) and this course (FATI) is a supplement to him--for writing, blending words, and later reading.  Teacher to student ratio is 1:6 and classmates are from St. Cat and Vic.  
When your son knows all the alphabets, you could let him learn phonics.  Of course you could also start from the foundation course. (STEP)
Course fee: $210/lesson.

If you join the phonic course there, Ms Kim is a good choice.
