Agree very much! Actually it is difficult to know which school is more suitable for the kid, parents can at least know the schools a bit better through the application procedures, interviews, such as if the principals, teachers and staff of the schools are good or not, the type of students they are looking for etc.

Don't, it is a very good experience for you and your kid. Besides, don't think it is an interview but it is a good chance for your kid to gain experience for facing different people and evironment. Maybe the 1st or 2nd interview is not good but since he has his 1st experience on P1 interview, he will perform better in the remaining ones. Don't give up.
You know, my son has gone to 6-7 or 9 interviews last years and he enjoyed it very much and even asking for more.

For last year's interview, both TSL and CKY required the children to read simple English story books. For TSL, they need to read the book aloud in front of other candidates/parents.
