Totally agreed. I also find their service very poor. I requested Mr Tsui to add a stop near where we live and he said OK at first but then changed his mind when he knows I only take one way. I also find his telephone manner very rude.
I already asked Mr Tsui and he said there's no refund. I also raised the issue to Ms Lee and she said she will follow up.
I think if more parents request for a refund (e.g. 50% of the monthly fee, or at least 1/3), there may be a chance. I remember during World Trade event, the school bus only charge 2/3 of the monthly fee.
