for those who are ranked no.1 n 2 in class this 1st term

Can anyone know that, the ranking is the average mark of the total mark of first term test and exam, or only the average mark of exam at the school report?

so how about the second term ranking, which one?

1st term test , exam and 2nd term test and exam, the total average mark of all ( 4 results)?

or

only the 2nd term test and exam, the total average mark of both?

or
2nd term exam, average mark of this?

or

1st and 2nd term exam, average mark of both?
