我贊同教育應該是鼓勵小朋友作多元化發展,
而我亦看到,不少課外活動是國際學校才有的,
這是令我這些傳統學校學生羨慕的~

As I have pointed out in my previous posting before, I think the biggest issue of the existing education system is the labelling of banding on P.6 students and the division of EMI/ CMI schools, which restrict very much the development of kids after primary. Exams are not evil, but they should be used as assessment tool for improvement and motivation rather than for labelling sake. Education is a very long term investment, children are not commodities, so a good system is very important as it has life-long impact on the young generation.
Understand that you've got high satisfaction from exams, but just remind you not to be mastered by exams. Study and exams is just a small part in our lives, it is really nothing to compare with the challenges in society after study. So personally I think that it is more important that a good school can equip students with the knowledge, skills and self-confidence to face challenges and overcome the ongoing hurdles in life.
