There have two 倍僑, which are PUI KIU MIDDLE SCHOOL and PUI KIU COLLEGE. PUI KIU MIDDLE SCHOOL teach in Chinese. PUI KIU COLLEGE teach in both English and Chinese. But both of them are not IS.

I have not heard of 石門國際學校. Are you talking about the new ICS campus? Or unless they have adopted a new name?

All schools (international schools or local schools) can be both "good" and "bad" depending on what you want. A good school in my eyes can be a bad one in yours. The best thing to do to check out whether a particular school is suitable is to visit their website and get all the information, eg fees, cirriculum, locations, etc and see whether you like it. For instance, if the fees is really out of your budget, then why even bother whether it is really that good? Then if you think you like a school, phone the school to arrange for a school tour or even meeting with the principal/staff.

Deciding by listening to someone else's comments is not wise. You need to get first hand information to decide.
