有冇聖若瑟小學之同學仔有參加出面攪既童軍(不是聖若瑟小學學校攪的),請家長們分享一吓經驗(如:好處/壞處,有冇影響學業/功課等....)

But on the other hand, we could say joining the scout could build up or increase your son's confidence and increase their power to face difficulties and improve their inter-personal skills. These will have indirect helps to their studies.

For my son, regular activities are arranged on every Saturdays afternoon (2 hours).  Outings like visit museums, picnics will be arranged on either Sat/Sun. I think camps will be organized for those at least P.6 or above students.

Correct me if I am wrong.  St Joe don't have boy scout, yes?   If it have one, when my kid could participate it?  Primary 2?

Dear Rachelmama,

Thanks for your advice.  My son also joined "Cub Scout" in Jan.  There are a lot of activities and he liked so much. I hope it can help to reduce pressure from his school works.  Moreover, he can learn more and can meet a lot of children in different ages, which can improve his interpersonal skills.  I highly recommend other St. Jo boys to join "Cub Scout"!!!!

我的小朋友參加了童軍兩年，今個月升幼童軍啦。他非常喜歡返童軍，之前兩年只是在活動室玩集體遊戲，升級之後，應該開始學繩結、體操等。因為要求小朋友有紀律，所以他們唔聽話會比人罰。我覺得小朋友可以和不同年紀、不同背境的人相處，相當不錯。而且他們一年有一次大集會，不同旅的童軍會一齊活動，不錯吧!


我的小朋友是參加男女童軍的，因為已經是男校，所以給他機會與女仔相處。你可上童軍網，找出自已住的區份，看看那一個旅招收幼童軍。
