最近空閒了很多, 有時間想前想後, 也找到原來另外有上午班同學入了真道, 但下午班就找不著了, 怕仔仔出年升小一時找不到臉孔熟悉的朋友仔會怕怕呢!
而想想下, 又再擔心起以往舊聞, 欠缺信心又擔心起上來.
老師轉得快既問題有著之前家長的分享, 已安心了很多.
其他開支也很大嗎?
又有說行政安排很不善, 但校長說行政已是另一批專人負責, 應該佷professional才對吖?
死啦, 愈想愈擔心.

Yes, I have been to other BBQ樂園, not these 2 ..they provide all the food and equipments and start the fire for customers. Pay a price like 60-70, then you can have buffet ga la. Normally, little drink or no drink is included in the price, so you can buy the drinks or remember to bring some drinks la.

錦田鄉村俱樂部
$68 /48 (kid) for BBQ Buffet (1 drink and admission fee included)); pay for whatever other activities you like, the price for picking strawberries depends on the weight of strawberries picked ($50 or $80 per pound

The 錦田鄉村俱樂部 seems more flexible and economical (no need to pay admission fee). May be the Tai Tong site is better maintained that's why admission fee required. Both need to book in advanced. Read their webpage for more information la.

What do you think? I don't have too much time, as I can only join in the afternoon. If you all like the place you can go in the morning and have some more activities, so may be other parents please make a vote la.

Did you join BBQ樂園 before ?? Which one is better ? Pls give me your comment.  Of course la, I am also a lazy mom, it is good to eat without preparing anything before the event.   What is the best starting time for those chritian or catholic family ?  Our BBQ party objective is to know each other and let our lovely boys and girls play together.  Other thing become not so important.

Picking Strawberries sounds interesting to us too. We drive, so 荔枝山莊 or 錦田鄉村俱樂部 are just fine.

If you all like Shek O, it is still fine with me, but the time is a bit early for us on Sunday..cos we go to church in the morning. We, from Shatin, probably cannot arrive before 1:30pm + it may be difficult to fine a parking place at Shek O. Thomas23, I wonder if the shop you mention can provide parking space? That will help.

For the food,  those BBQ樂園 would be comparatively more convenient, as you just need to pay then eat whatever your like. May be I am a bit lazy ...but please bear with me la...I have 2 kids ma.

我昨晚喺office做到11點才回家，所以d反應都遲緩咗少少。真開心聽到你話confirm 讀真道。上次去石澳BBQ已經是兩年前的事，都幾flexible。我提議可以考慮列出食物清單，各人自選負責項目，最後大家夾番$$，是不是比較方便。你有没有其他提議。不過如果大家有興趣，我會先去石澳探路。

請各位家長比意見。

tour? You mean including transportation? No, I have no experience on this kind of BBQ tour.

Are we sure we'll have 40-50 pax? If not, I suggest to keep things simple and flexible. Many of those BBQ樂園 can accomodate both big (hundreds) or small group of ppl. May be we can choose one that is more accessible for most ppl la..

What I can imagine is that we can fix a date and time, then meet each other outside the chosen BBQ樂園. May be it's good to choose one that the kids can have some activities or play together for ice breaking? ops:" />ops:" />

說到行政，已經好好多喇！有我地這樣的家長，好多事情現在不用多說，學校都會做。而且，一班有這麽高質素的PA代表替家長做事，你大可以放心！不如像其他準家長，花一點時間進去學校網頁看看通告，開始認識學校的各種安排吧！

完全同意的講法，雖然我有親戚小朋友讀真道，我時不時像你一樣入真道的網頁，看一看他們的通告，特別是那些給FS-1的通告，從中可以知道學校對FS-1家長的支援及學校安排。我們不是孤軍作戰，從bk網內已互相認識，相信這是一份緣份，正如你所說，08年入學時，大家小朋友未必編在一班，正正不是同一班，就有更多不同資料可以交流。本想今個星期六忙完公司的project才動工搞BBQ，不如現在就立即上網看BBQ樂園資料，請各家長熱心報料及提意見。

你我選真道之時都知道是一所"新"校, 我們喜歡的是其教學模式, 遺憾的是沒有往績可參考, 所以15/ 16. 為了多瞭解學校, 我差不多每日都登入真道的網站, 看其通告和活動. 越看越喜歡這學校.

08小一的家長很熱心, thomas23 已經開始籌備活動了, 唔知BBQ搞唔搞得成呢? 我身邊沒有認識讀真道的人, 真有點孤軍作戰的感覺. 如能認識同道中人, 可打一支強心針.
